Our Commitment
At Progress Academy, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
All products sold on Progress Academy are digital downloads. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," our refund policy is structured differently from physical goods.

- Files are corrupted or inaccessible
- Duplicate charge on the same order
- Technical failure preventing access
- Request made within 7 days of purchase

- Change of mind after purchase
- Product already downloaded
- Request made after 7 days
- Incompatibility with your device
- Purchased by mistake (contact us first)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@letsmakeprogress.com with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used at checkout
- The product name and order ID
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via PayFast back to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Once a refund is approved, your access to the purchased product will be revoked.
Partial Refunds
In some circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion — for example, if only part of a bundle is inaccessible. We will always communicate clearly before issuing any partial refund.
Progress Academy Plus Subscriptions
Annual Plus subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed. This is clearly disclosed at the point of purchase on the Plus membership page.
- If a subscriber cancels, access remains fully active until the end of the paid annual period and deactivates automatically — no partial refund is issued for unused months
- Individual product purchases made before subscribing to Plus are subject to the standard refund policy above and are not absorbed or refunded upon subscribing
- Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Lets Make Progress in cases of verified billing error
Fraudulent Chargebacks
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is filed for a product that was successfully delivered and accessed, we reserve the right to provide evidence to PayFast and the relevant financial institution and to suspend access to the account.
